Nip is a 20.5 × 25.5 acrylic painting on linen panel. I’m enjoying more night and moonlit scenes of late and it just paired so well with the glinting green glass of my paintbrush jar and the silver candle dish. Funnily enough, I don’t drink tequila or coffee, but the Cafe Patron is just a nice bottle shape and the gold highlights on the label are fun to paint.
I named it Nip because it seems like a cold winters night (nippy, so to speak) where you might want to have a nip of something strong to warm up.
